Monroe Police Department

7 Fan Hill Road

Monroe, Connecticut 06468

About me:

Like most officers starting out, my first assignment was in the Patrol Division. After a short period of time, I was assigned to the town's D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program, teaching this program to our Elementary Schools, Middle School and High School students. At this same time, I served as Vice President of The Connecticut D.A.R.E. Officers Association. I was also involved with the Explorer Program and the town's Stranger Danger program. I could not have asked for a better assignment.

* As of September 20, 2006, I was forced to resign my position as a Police Officer because of a developing neurological illness. I miss the job, the community and my students tremendously.
