From time to time our readers send us pictures of their current vehicles and ask us to highlight them on our site. This time one of our readers sent us multiple pictures of his cars, well not really his per say, but his department's cars that he as been assigned over his many years of service. This was pictorial was submitted by Deputy Marshal Chris Fine, Kingsford Heights Police Department, Kingsford Heights Indiana.

Hello, I am Chris Fine, a twenty-two year veteran police officer in Northwestern Indiana, near Lake Michigan.  I have worked for three agencies in the area, Westville, New Carlisle, and for the last ten years, Kingsford Heights.  I am an Emergency Vehicle Operations Instructor and a Guest Instructor for the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in Plainfield, IN.  All the following cars were my department issued police cars. The 1993 Caprice by the Corvette museum was my issued car, but I bought it when I was issued the 1995. Both were black and looked alike. The old time Mayberry car is NOT mine, but on loan.

1990 Caprice 9C1

This is my 1990 Westville, IN. PD Caprice 9C1.It was LO5/350FI and was a very nice car. It replaced my 1987

CV. This car had a long life and was retired after being used as an the Animal Control Officer's car in the late

90's.

1993 Chevy 9C1

Yep, That's my 1993 9C1 parked in front of the NCM in Bowling Green, KY. It was my issued Kingsford Heights, IN. car in 1998 and I bought it from the dealer when they made me replace it with a new car. I liked this car so well I ordered a refurbished 1995 and had it done up exactly like the 1993!  BBB, slick-top and no decals!! This shows the 15X8 truck rally wheels I used on my Chevy's for years!
