City of Bridgeport

The "Best In Service" award went to Bloomfield Connecticut Police Department's 2008 Dodge Charger. This car is used for special operations response and is loaded with high-tech equipment and specialized gear, everything that an  elite paramilitary tactical unit would need to safely get the job done.

I was happy to see two great guys from Bridgeport's Police Department in attendance. Officer John Perry (Left) and Officer Douglas Woods. I first met Officer Perry at a car show back in 2002. We were both D.A.R.E. Officers back then working with elementary and junior high school students in our towns.
